The pans must be lubricated so that the cake pans can be emptied easily and the cake does not stick. In this unit, which is the first process of the cake production stage, a suitable and spread oil spray is a must. At the same time, it is important to prevent oil contact with the outside of the pans so that the oil consumption is not excessive and the oil does not burn. In order for the lubrication system to be effective, nozzle selection is made in accordance with the pan layout. Air and oil ratios are adjustable. It is mixed with the air and sprayed by taking warnings from the sensors in each eye. The oil tank is made of stainless CrNi material. With the steam absorption system and particulate filter, the return of the blown oil is ensured. The lubrication system is manufactured independently on a separate chassis.
