Syrup Stock Tank

It is the tank where the chocolate required for the products to be produced is stored after cooking. There is a continuous mixer system in order not to spoil the homogeneous structure of the chocolate that is kept for use. It can be transferred by means of pumps when it is desired to be used. The mixer has the possibility of speed-adjusted, continuous or stop/start mixing.
